These jars are a great little pick-me-up for someone who might be having a tough time, need a boost of confidence or is feeling a little bit down - including yourself!
There are 100s of ways to decorate these jars, from very simple to totally blinged out! This is also a great opportunity to use leftovers from other crafting projects!
Time needed:
15 - 20 minutes per jar
You will need:
A jar with a lid
Embellishments such as stickers, ribbons, or jewels
A copy of our Affirmations Slips and/or blank paper (see below for printable)
Scissors or a paper cutter
Pens and/or markers (if using blank paper)

Directions
1. Cut out affirmations.
Print and cut out the Affirmation Slips (you can download the file below). We used a paper cutter, but scissors will work just fine. You can also cut slips of blank paper and write in affirmations if you'd like (or do a combination of both).

2. Fold affirmations in half and place in jar
3. Decorate your jar
We used a vinyl sticker (cut out on our Cricut) that said "Positivity Jar" as well as ribbons and a stick-on fabric heart, but you can use whatever supplies you have on hand.

And you are done! We'd love for you to share who you gave your Positivity Jar to in the comments below!
